Vilma is an accomplished senior capital markets professional with extensive experience in public and private equity financing, issuer and institutional investor relations, and collaborating with institutional sales, trading and research, as well as wealth management advisors.
She has an exceptional track record in the capital markets arena that spans more than 25 years, completing over 2,000 new issues through a variety of syndicates ranging from $2 million to $1.6 billion and raising over $115 billion in the Canadian marketplace.
Vilma graduated from Ryerson University with a business diploma and has completed the Technical Analysis course with Honors at the Canadian Securities Institute. In 2017, she was nominated for the Women’s Executive Network (WXN) Canada’s Top 100 Women, Corporate Executives Award.
